Lonely Shroom!

I am always fascinated by the things that pop up around my house, this time it was a lonely mushroom. As soon as I drove down the driveway I saw him. I couldn't get in the house to grab my camera fast enough. I miss those days where I would just go out and find something interesting to shoot, so when something conveniently shows up on my lawn I have to stop everything and take advantage of it. These are a couple of my favorites and I have a felling I will be doing more "out of the CatMax norm" photography soon, stay tuned....

Adam and Amber and thier sweet little baby bump...

I had so much fun working with these two. Adam works with me and it was such an honor when he came to me and asked me to capture images of him and his wife during such an amazing time in their life. I hope you all enjoy these images as much as I do!

Centennial Olympic Park 4th of July...

It's true what you hear, Centennial Olympic Park has the best firework display for America's Independence Day celebration and I've seen a lot of firework shows in my time. The park was packed with a great crowd of people who enjoyed not only the fireworks, but live music by Cover band 911, Eden's Rdge, and The Smithereens.

2010 Peachtree Road Race with McDonald's...

This was my first time witnessing the Peachtree Road Race and WOW, the runners just kept coming. I was amazing at the amount of runners that ran by McDonald's for hours that morning, it was great! McDonald's gave away their new Smoothies to the runners as well as their contestant winner that were able to view the race from the McDonald's Sky Box. I hope to be shooting the Peachtree every year from now on, great event!

Beer Connoisseur Festival: Pints at the Prado...

The beers were flowing at the Beer Connoisseur Festival: Pints at the Prado. Southside Steve from Rock 100.5 was hosting the party and as always spiced the party up; this time with some fun games where the winners won tickets to the Scorpion and Ratt show. Iron Mullet was there and they kept the crowd rocking with hits from our favorite 80's hair bands. It was VERY hot, but all the beer was keeping everyone real cool.

Castleberry Art Stroll...

Every second Friday of the month Castleberry hosts an art stroll. I truly enjoyed this event and plan to attend more often. Atlanta Photography had a "Push Pin" display that displayed some beautiful work from local photographers. There were a lot of other galleries that were participating that showcased local art. It was a fun night for everyone who attended.
