Georgia Lottery All Access put together a music search for Georgia talent to try out. When they got down to the final 12 they hosted a finale show at the 14th Street Playhouse where WSB-TV aired the event live. The winers included...Hip-Hop/Rap: KidSyc@Brandywine (Savannah), Pop/R&B: Xavier Lewis - The Antidote to R&B (Loganville), Rock: theKey (Macon) and Country: Hannah Thomas (Covington).

High School Basketball

It was interesting to step back into my high school days and cover high school basketball with two of the biggest rivals in Gwinnett County, Duluth vs. Norcross. I was a Norcross Blue Devil myself and although I never played basketball I remember attending the games with Blue Devil Spirit. The Phillips Arena was packed with screaming girls that were very excited to see Justin Bieber. Sean Kingston also performed for the crowd. Dallas Austin was hanging out in the front row for the show as well.

Justin Bieber and gifts for the kids...

Justin Bieber teamed up with Bert Weiss with Q100 to gather gifts for the sick children in Atlnata. They asked at a press conference on Thursday for all the fans that were coming to the Justin Bieber show to bring gifts for the sick kids at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and they hoped to have a bus load of toys by the end of the night.
