Disney Princess Tiana visits Mayor Reed...

Producers of Disney on Ice, Feld Entertainment presented Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed with a $5,000 check to support efforts to add a culinary arts curriculum to his Centers of Hope recreation center initiative. The program will introduce young people to possible careers in the food and hospitality industry.

A restaurant entrepreneur herself, Princess Tiana visited Mayor Reed to give her best wishes to the Centers of Hope and the children of Atlanta that will benefit from this new program.

Princess Tiana is in Atlanta as part of Disney on Ice presents Dare to Dream. The audiences will enjoy the entire “Princess and the Frog” story of Tiana’s triumphant journey to open her own restaurant in the heart of New Orleans.
