Apple launched the iPad this past weekend in America and Apple has stated that 300,000 were sold on launch day alone. Lines started forming two hours before the doors opened. The iPad that was released was the wifi model giving the customer internet only where there is a wireless connection. Some are waiting for the 3G model to be release in approximately a month. The 3G model will allow customers to purchase internet service on a month to month basis and have it where ever they desire. If you haven't gotten your hands on an iPad yet, you have got to check it out at a local Apple Store...you will feel like you have stepped into a scene from Star Trek.
